Manufacturers’ Warranty
Defects in appliances and other manufactured products installed in your new Summit Home may be covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty. These items and others that may be included in your new home are consumer products and are therefore not covered by the One-Year Summit Homes Customer Care Program. We have assigned these manufacturers’ warranties to you; please follow their procedures for warranty claims. A warranty registration card for each appliance purchased with your new home is left in the home. As the homeowner, it is your responsibility to fill out the registration cards and mail them per the individual instructions in order to register your warranty. If you find a defect in a manufactured product, please contact the manufacturer directly at the number below. For HVAC warranties contact the manufacture showcased on your HVAC system. They will assist with the transfer of the warranty into your name.
