If you experience any of the defined emergencies listed below and are still within the warranty timeframes, please get in touch with our trade partner immediately.
What constitutes an emergency?
Complete loss of air conditioning or heating during extreme temperatures
Complete loss of power, with the exception of a neighborhood outage
Complete loss of water, plumbing leak of stoppage
Water intrusion that may cause damage to your home: roof, windows, doors, etc.
Experience a gas leak
Should the emergency occur during our regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm), contact our Customer Care Team at (816) 987-7331 for Kansas City and (515) 957-1200 for Des Moines.
Should the emergency occur after hours, our team will respond the following business day.
