If you experience any of the defined emergencies listed below and are still within the warranty timeframes, please get in touch with our trade partner immediately.

What constitutes an emergency?

  • Complete loss of air conditioning or heating during extreme temperatures

  • Complete loss of power, with the exception of a neighborhood outage

  • Complete loss of water, plumbing leak of stoppage

  • Water intrusion that may cause damage to your home: roof, windows, doors, etc.

    Experience a gas leak

Should the emergency occur after hours, our team will respond the following business day.
